So glad, finally I got this one (as a secondhand) after have been looking for 4–5 months. This Formula 1 Tag Heuer watch is one of several in a range of watches celebrating the astronomical racing success of Ayrton Senna. FYI for who doesn’t know Ayrton Senna, 🏎️ he is a F1 Brazilian and won three formula 1 championships, and is regarded by many as the greatest driver who ever lived. So that’s why he’s like a symbol of speed and perfectly match with Heuer’s F1 range. 🤩
For this model, it’s like a beginner of Heuer’s Formula one product line. With Quartz movement under 43mm dial, casing and bracelet are entirely constructed out of brushed stainless steel🔩. The difference from those standard Tag Heuer Formula 1 Quartz is an unique bracelet which is look like from Heuer Link’s model. Also the red and black colour scheme, of course, Senna signature, and the fact that it’s a special edition watch and distinguish from standard ones. Actually this model has a sibling, with model CAZ1015. Colour theme is similar but it comes with chronograph on dial. It’s interesting one but this time I just need a watch with cleaner dial ❤️
Likewise the other Heuer’s Formula 1 watch, it comes with sporty looks, dark grey dial which would be well suited to a wide range of environments. A luminescent compound has been applied to the white hour indices, Arabic 12 and 6 markers. The hour and minute hands glow in the dark with a green colour. While the second hand is red and give a contrast look on the dark dial ⚫🔴
Of course it’s Senna edition, so you can easily get an attention by the Senna’s famous stylised ‘S’ logo which sits on the opposite the date window by the 9 and 3-hour markers respectively. Also the bold name on the stainless steel rotating bezel. On the case back, not thing much fancy since it’s a quartz movement so it doesn’t know any mechanical. 200m of water resistance 🤿 is provided and engraved a racing checkered flag, Senna logo, and for sure, Senna Edition text.
🤤All I can say it’s a sensation watch. Dedicated to the iconic driver Ayrton Senna, that outstanding from standard Heuer’s Fomula 1 line. Bracelet is nice and classic look. Black and red give you a sporty feel and easy going. I wish it’s 41mm dial but 43mm is not bad. And since it’s Quartz watch, you don’t have to take care it much like an automatic movement.
✔️Anyway since Tag Heuer Formula 1 is easy to find as a fake products and this model is not a present one (launch since 2016). Importantly, you have to be careful to choose the seller who you’d like to deal a business. I’d highly recommend you to check the serial number. It’s a basic way to identify and you can easily find it on the back case or warranty card. Then just put it via this website for a legit check✅ here ✅. Mostly if the watch comes wit warranty card written with purchasing date, it’s definiently fine✨
